COPYRIGHT

Submitting a contribution the author grants the publisher permission to publish it in Czech or another language, in the Czech Republic or elsewhere, in electronic and paper format, and agrees to the publication of his/her identification data. The author also declares that the content of the contribution has not yet been published; that he/she possesses a full and unrestricted copyright and right of disposal. Non-original parts of the text must be properly cited.

From a legal perspective, the author is responsible for the content of the contribution and that it does not contain any facts subject to confidentiality under an applicable law. The author also declares his/her consent to any intervention to his/her contribution arising from the outcome of the review process, language editing, and other actions associated with the publication of the article.

Other facts relating to copyright, its protection and management are dealt with in accordance with the Law of 7th April 2000 No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, Rights related to Copyright and amendments to certain Acts (the Copyright Act ), in terms of other legislation.
